林桥心理行业考察团 LinkBridge Psychology Camp

2025年7月20日至7月28日，林桥心理定制营联合上海连心心理研究机构，在英国成功举办了心理咨询师深度研修项目。本次定制营面向具备5至15年从业经验的心理咨询师，共有来自全国各地的专业心理咨询师参与。

From July 20th to July 28th, 2025, the LinkBridge Psychology Customization Camp, in collaboration with the Shanghai Lianxin Psychological Research Institute, successfully held a Deep Seminar and Study Project for Psychological Counselors in the UK. This Customization Camp was aimed at psychological counselors with 5 to 15 years of industry experience, and a total of professional psychological counselors from all over the country participated.

本次定制营围绕英国心理学培养体系与实践生态展开，通过系统讲座、专题研讨与实地参访相结合的形式，组织学员深入剑桥大学心理学系及心理学实验室、大学心理学服务中心、家庭心理治疗室、多个心理咨询室以及英国精神科医疗机构进行交流学习。学员们与英国知名心理学教授、资深大学心理咨询师及一线心理学从业者进行了多场深度对话与案例研讨，全面了解了英国心理学领域的教育框架、临床训练路径、行业规范以及最新研究方向。

This Customization Camp unfolded around the UK psychological cultivation system and practices ecosystem. Through a form combining systematic lectures, specialized seminars, and on-site surveying and visiting, it organized students to deeply enter the Cambridge University Psychology Department and Psychology Laboratory, University Psychological Services Center, Family Psychotherapy Room, multiple psychological counseling rooms, and UK psychiatric medical institutions for exchange and learning. The students conducted multiple deep dialogues and case study seminars with well-known British psychology professors, senior university psychological counselors, and front-line psychological practitioners, comprehensively understanding the education framework, clinical training pathways, industry norms, and latest research directions in the UK psychology field.

林桥心理定制营是专注于心理学领域深度研修的高端教育项目，致力于为中国心理健康工作者搭建与国际前沿理论与实践对接的桥梁。此次与上海连心心理研究机构的合作，是该项目首次在英国落地。本次研修的顺利举办，不仅为国内资深心理咨询师提供了沉浸式的学习机会，深入了解了英国成熟的心理学培养体系与多元的临床服务模式，也促进了中英在心理健康服务领域的专业交流与经验互鉴，为参与者的专业成长注入了新的视角与动力，进一步推动了心理咨询本土实践的深化与创新。

The LinkBridge Psychology Customization Camp is a high-end education project focusing on deep seminars and studies in the psychology field, committed to building a bridge for Chinese mental health workers to dock with international cutting-edge theory and practice. This collaboration with the Shanghai Lianxin Psychological Research Institute is the first time this project has been implemented (or landed) in the UK. The successful execution of this seminar and study not only provided immersive learning opportunities for domestic senior psychological counselors, allowing them to deeply understand the mature UK psychological cultivation system and diverse clinical service models, but also promoted professional exchange and experience mutual learning between China and the UK in the mental health service field, injecting new perspectives and momentum into the participants' professional growth, and further promoting the deepening and innovation of psychological counseling localized practice.
